Log into "My Account" to review your order history. Click on the order ID to compare the details with your financial records. If you still have questions, contact customer service for assistance.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

In your "My Account" section, you can view all your orders. Click on the specific order ID to access and print the invoice for that order.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits typically take 7-10 business days to process after we receive your returned item(s).

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

We collect applicable sales tax for orders shipping to U.S. states that impose it. For international orders, you may need to pay taxes to your country upon delivery, but we don't collect or know those amounts. Check with your country's tax authority.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours before your item(s) being shipped.
