When will my order ship?

Check individual product pages for availability details. After ordering, log into "My Account" to view purchases and use the tracking ID to monitor order status. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info within 24-48 hours after your order ships out.

How do I estimate the Next Day/2 Day delivery days?

• Next Day Air means delivery the following business day after shipment.
• 2-Day Air means delivery within 2 business days after shipment.
• Note: Weekends and holidays don't count as business days.
• Business days are Monday through Friday.
• If the scheduled delivery lands on a holiday, it will arrive the next business day.

Is there a cut-off time for Next Day Air orders to ship the same day?

For Next Day Air service, orders placed after 1 PM Eastern Time will ship the next business day.

Can I correct or change the delivery address of my order?

If you need to change the address after the order ships, there's a $5-$10 correction fee depending on the shipping service. Provide full address details like apartment number to avoid fees.

For unshipped orders, you can change the address in your account by clicking "View Addresses."

Reshipment of Orders Due to Incorrect Address:

For U.S. orders returned due to an incorrect address, there's a $20 reshipment fee via 2-Day shipping or $40 for overnight.

For international returned orders, there's a $40 reshipment fee.

How are Military Orders shipped?

Military/APO/FPO orders ship via USPS Priority Mail which can take 1-8 weeks due to recent delays. These don't have tracking. Report any damages within 24 hours of receipt and file a claim at your local military postal unit.
